At ValveLink we specialise mainly in ex-stock valve products, available for prompt despatch.

We can also source valves for you outside our standard range. We take care in understanding your exact specifications, important dimensional and quality requirements, thus preventing the need for expensive and time consuming pipework modifications. We can meet your quality expectations and conform to your exact quality assurance requirements.

Together with manually operated mechanical valves we can also design / supply Electric and Pneumatic actuated valves together with control systems.

SURPLUS STOCK & RECONDITIONED VALVES

In addition to our range of New Valves, we can also offer surplus stock and fully reconditioned Valve options. At discounted rates, surplus and overhauled Valves are fully tested / guaranteed and often proved to be very economical. This is often an appropriate solution for many now obsolete Valves and specifications i.e. imperial flanged and long pattern Valves. Also for those valve makers no longer in existence.

VALVE MAINTENANCE RECONDITIONING WORK

At ValveLink we understand the cost savings that can often be made for you by servicing your existing valves, within the agreed time frame. This can be a viable and very economical solution.

Reconditioning and valve repairs are processed in a fully equipped workshop, supported by an excellent Engineering facility. All valves are fully tested and certified.

 We can also offer a service to repair and test valves on site if practical and possible.

CUSTOMISED AND SPECIAL VALVE APPLICATIONS

For you individual quality requirements we recognise that occasionally a special design is required for a particular service application. ValveLink can work with you to design and produce a shut off /control valve in most materials.

 We are also able to recognise and conform to the necessary International and Worldwide standards.

 TOOL MAKING AND FABRICATION SERVICES

Developing our scope of supply and expertise we have used our experience and adapted to new trends and markets. We can offer you our broad expertise and a comprehensive Engineering capability and service. Valvelink can undertake General  Engineering Work, Bespoke Industrial Projects and Specialised Services can be provided.

With over 30 years experience in mechanical and production engineering, we can design  and produce both metallic and plastic components in both high and low volume.

Our sub contract engineering facility is approved to AEROSPACE AS9100C. Using CAD/CAM volume components are manufactured consistently on latest CNC machines.

3 new Mazaks recently installed, Nexus 2 horizontal and Integrex 1200. CNC Lathe with 65mm bar feed and 12 station tooling. Computerized press shop facility (80ton press).

We are also skilled in general tool making, die and mould making for casting designs.

Bonded storage for control of raw materials. Comprehensive final inspection of finished components including weighing data and labelling. Export packaging and labelling conforming  to customer requirements.

Working in Titanium for Aircraft and Marine grade stainless steel, we have tooling to suit all exotic materials.

Metallic Coatings: As part of our production expertise we also can include specialist coatings to suit the service conditions/individual customer requirements. i.e: electro plating, Teflon, Xylan and Haylar coating.

Fabrications and Welding: We can also provide highest quality metalwork in carbon steel, stainless steel and aluminium. Metal forming, punching, pressing, cutting, welding and polishing. CNC laser cutting, TIG, MIG, spot and stud welding.

Whatever your fabrication requirements, ValveLink  are confident that we will be able to provide the solution.

 INDUSTRIAL AND COMMERCIAL BOILERHOUSE SPECIALIST

We can offer design, installation, commissioning and maintenance of gas / oil fired hot water / steam production boilers and plant including the following:

Qualified boiler repairs and maintenance, valve servicing and overhaul, gauges upgrade and recalibration, refractory, burner services, lagging and insulation,  boiler cleaning, descaling, tank fabrications, steam trap survey, temporary boiler hire, technical support.  Annual inspection & NDT preparation. We can undertake steam boiler pipework modifications with coded welding.  Custom work can be carried out to improve general productivity and system efficiency.

Working within ISO: 9001 we only use engineers that are on the gas safe register and are safe contractor approved.

We utilise next day, before noon, before 9:30 am,

Saturday services together with 48hr and 72hr delivery options for economical solutions on heavy loads.

We can also arrange same day delivery if urgency is required.
